Paranormal Exclusive: “All of a sudden it really happened so fast he came charging at me.”

Representative of the Ghosts of London Twitter page, Gary, spoke to THE END about his most recent encounter with the paranormal.

How did you first get interested in the paranormal?

“I’ve been dealing with paranormal entities since I had a near death experience aged 2. I had the last rights read and wasn’t expected to make it through the night. However, I awoke from a coma and since then I’ve been tuned in to the spirit world. I don’t fear them no matter what I’m confronted with I really don’t find them a threat.”

Have you ever had a particularly memorable or life-altering experience with the paranormal?

“The closest I can say to being anywhere near scared was around 6 years ago.

“My wife and I were in Brussels on a long weekend away. We visited a bar called Delirium in Belgium. It’s a place we love as it’s just so full of life and characters. I enjoy a beer but I never exceed two as I’m a type 1 diabetic so getting drunk is never an option for me.

“Anyhow.... We both sat there chatting and enjoying some freshly baked bread and cheese with a beer and I caught the eye of a black gentleman. He was in his mid 40’s wearing what looked like a pork pie hat on his head. He was standing behind the bar just where the bar flap was. He stood there looking directly at me almost scowling it seemed I genuinely thought I’d upset him.”

It was indicated that the bar flap was to the left of the man taking off his striped jumper in the main image.

“Time went on and he continued to stare and now I felt uncomfortable. Then he murmured something I could clearly see him do it but obviously I couldn’t hear him.

“I said to my wife, ‘I have upset the barman’ and she turned to look.

“She said ‘What one?’

“I said ‘The black fella with the hat on’.

“She said ‘I can’t see him; where? There’s only a white guy and girl there’.

“I didn’t want to point as I thought it might aggravate the situation. So left it and tried not to look although I could still see him out of the corner of my eye.

“Time rolled on and then I saw the gentleman get more animated. He was shouting at me but I couldn’t hear him nothing was heard by me but he seemed quite angry. Then all of a sudden it really happened so fast he came charging at me. I really can’t say if he walked through the counter as all I knew was he was right in front of my face. I honestly thought we were going to fight and I fell back off my stool in a packed bar.

“I realised that I’d seen a spirit but although I had before this spirit was very solid almost enough to convince me he was alive.”
